Chronic pain is defined as consistent pain lasting three months or more, or intermittent pain lasting for at least six months. Current research reveals that many long-held views regarding chronic pain and exercise are outdated. In this webinar, corrective exercise expert Anthony Carey, ACE Certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist and founder of San Diego-based Function First, will discuss the critical aspects of chronic pain. He’ll also share relevant exercises for clients suffering from chronic pain, based on the biopsychosocial model.
